At Lyle & Scott, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
